The eclectic is a culmination of a player's best score for each hole over the season.  The 18 hole scores are totalled and then half of the players handicap is subtracted from the total to make the final score.  At the end of the season, the handicap used is the player's leading into the last day's match.  You have to have joined the eclectic competition and paid the fee to be elegible to win the prize.  You must have a score for every hole to be elegible to win the prize.  Winner takes all.  Eclectic scores are only taken from official Saturday competition results.
